1. About GameOn
GameOn operates a Platform that allows users in India to discover, book, and pay for sports venues. We act as an intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) of the IT Act, 2000.

2. Eligibility
To use GameOn, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or have guardian supervision)
- Provide accurate registration details
- Not have been previously suspended from the platform
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws

3. Booking & Payments
Secure Payments
All payments are processed by Razorpay (RBI regulated). We do not store sensitive details like CVV or PINs.
Cancellation & Refunds
Each venue on GameOn sets its own cancellation policy. Where a venue has not set one, GameOn's standard policy below applies. The policy that applies to a venue is shown on its page before you book.
Your booking is governed by the policy in force when you made it. If the venue or GameOn changes its policy afterwards, the change applies only to bookings made after it; your booking keeps the policy it was made under.

- The refund percentage is a share of the total booking value, including the convenience fee.
- If you paid only part of the booking online, the venue first keeps its share of the total under the policy, and you get back whatever you paid above that. For example, where 25% of the booking is refundable, a 25% advance is not refunded.
- If the venue cancels your booking, you get a full refund of everything you paid, however close to the slot it is cancelled.
- Before you confirm a cancellation, you are shown exactly how much will be refunded. Refunds usually reach your account within 5–7 business days.

4. User Conduct
Users must respect venue rules, maintain sportsmanship, and not engage in any illegal activities on the platform or at the venues. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for misconduct.
